CITY OF TEMPE - TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE FACILITY RELOCATION PROJECT

FMS conducted an evaluation of three potential site options for moving the Transportation Maintenance Facility to a City-owned property. The evaluation included a feasibility study of multiple sites, operating modeling for new locations, project cost estimates, land surveys and coordination with the city’s real estate agency for land purchasing activities. Our team also analyzed an existing third-party study and previous cost estimates prepared by COT Engineering and Facilities, before presenting the total cost estimation options to the City Council.
