FMS provided design services for this new facility which included, Architecture, Schematic Design, Interior Design, and Revit Modeling and rendering services, Programming, Construction Documents, and LEED consulting. The facility houses approximately 36,000 square feet of enclosed space: 19,500 square feet of administrative space, 10,300 square feet of warehouse space plus a mezzanine, and 4,400 square feet for vehicle maintenance.
