FMS was responsible for the Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration for this secured Field Operation Center building re-design. The project included an admin building with an attached warehouse, a garage with an attached wash bay and tire storage, a separate covered storage building, a fuel island, and an island for ice and water with areas of outdoor lay-down storage. Scope also included Landscape design for the 10-acre site. 

 Structural assessment and a geotechnical investigation (including a soil investigation) were performed to satisfy site development and foundation design requirements for this 26,000 square foot field operation center and its associated site work (including paved parking lots). The Field and Engineering Services provided updated retaining wall stability evaluations using estimated soil parameters and proposed geometry in front of a portion of an exterior wall. 

 FM Solutions provided professional support services for the Wash Bay waste-water scope as well as Construction Administration services throughout the completion of the project.
